Location: Georgian Bay is just across the street and It is just minutes away from Blue Mountain and other ski areas . Even closer is the Georgian Trail which you can access right from the property for great cross country skiing and snowshoeing. The area offers everything from downhill skiing, cross country skiing, toboggan tours, ice fishing, horseback riding and snow mobile tours
Main Floor Kitchen: Fully equipped with granite counter tops, travertine floors and cherry cabinets. Great for cooking with stainless steel appliances that include gas stove and separate beverage fridge. French doors exit onto side patio.
Main Floor Dining area : Solid wood table and plush dining chairs (seats 10). Large windows offer views of back yard and stream at side yard.
Main Floor living room : Spacious with lots of natural light. Very comfortable with love seat and upholstered chairs
Main Floor Bedroom : With Queen bed and large dresser, as well as large closet, this private bedroom which is separated from the main living area by a hallway. There is a walk-out to backyard deck with hot-tub and in-ceiling speakers.
Main Floor Bathroom: Three piece bathroom has 6 foot ergonomic jet air tub/ shower, ergo toilet and pedestal sink. Plenty of closet space and shelving. Heated floors with Custom tiled accents that add to the ambiance of the room.
Second Floor: The Entertainment room has a audio system with full surround sound. There is a very large 52 " plasma screen TV and gas fireplace adjacent to this area is a small kitchen as well with fridge , microwave and electric cook-top and sink. There is a small dining area with a walkout to the front balcony

There is plenty of wildlife in the area and deer can sometimes be seen by the stream.
